Rosenhamer Chamber Spirit Award at the Blair County Chamber’s Annual Awards Gala, which was held at the Convention Center on Thursday, June 20th.  Jim Frank, Client Services Director, presented the award to this year’s recipient – Kara Bennett of Advantage Resource Group.
