2022 RAINMAKER AWARDEE – KENNETH SZALA
Congratulations Kenneth Szala, 2022 Rainmaker Awardee!
This Award and respective trophy was initiated in 2015 to recognize an individual at the firm who went above and beyond in the area of business development. Although business development is part of our job descriptions, the awardees demonstrate exceptional efforts in the area of growing their department.
Proudly, Elizabeth A. Heggi was the initial motivator behind this award. In 2016, Garret G. Leopold was the awardee, along with Richard K. Strayer in 2017, Adam Katrancha in 2019, Aaron M. Craig in 2019, and Kenneth W. Szala in 2022.
Again, we would like to congratulate all past winners as well as our 2022 winner, Ken Szala. When asked to comment about being the recent recipient, Ken stated, “Thanks to everyone. I really do enjoy working at Lehman’s and appreciate the team atmosphere here where we all help each other!”
