Company History

Established in 1969 by P. Joseph Lehman, Sr., P.E., P.L.S., P. JOSEPH LEHMAN, Inc., Consulting Engineers steadily gained recognition as a leader in the Civil Engineering field through offering design solutions to often challenging projects.  In the early years, the firm focused on private clients with smaller projects.  A no-nonsense approach to producing quality deliverables soon garnered the attention of various state agencies in need of professional engineering services.  The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, continue to utilize the services of P. JOSEPH LEHMAN, Inc., Consulting Engineers.  Trusting relationships have been forged through challenging projects over the years.

Since inception, P. JOSEPH LEHMAN, Inc., Consulting Engineers has been made up of professional engineers, registered land surveyors, designers, and technicians, whose main object always remained client satisfaction.
