Cameron County Castle Garden Bridge Cameron County Commissioners Tony Moscato (right) and George Singer (left) accept an award from Hank Bonstedt, PHIA Eastern Vice President for the County's efforts with the Castle Garden Bridge Replacement Project. Safety improvement awards are given by PHIA (Pennsylvania Highway Information Association) and judged by PHIA, the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
